Online learning platforms lose students to passive, static course pages. Learning Connect needed interfaces that made learners participate, across a large existing Angular codebase.
I developed engaging, interactive Angular-based UIs across the platform's core learning flows, and used Next.js with modern CSS to lift the marketing site's aesthetics and integrate it seamlessly with the backend.
The redesigned interactive UIs boosted user interaction across the platform by 40%: students spent more time doing, less time scrolling.
user interaction after the UI overhaul
Interaction was the design principle: every lesson element responds: progress you can feel, feedback the moment you act.
Angular for the logged-in product, Next.js for the public site: two frameworks, one seamless experience, cleanly integrated against the same backend.
